By submitting an inquiry or working together, the client agrees to the terms outlined below. These terms are intended to create a clear, respectful, and professional working relationship for both parties.

Project Scope

Each project includes only the deliverables agreed upon before the project begins. Any additional requests outside the approved scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

The remaining balance must be completed before final files and deliverables are released.

Late payments may result in project delays or paused work.

Revisions

Projects include a limited number of revision rounds as stated in the agreement.

Additional revisions, major direction changes, or requests outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• Clear communication

• Required content/materials

• Timely feedback and approvals

Estimated timelines may vary depending on:

Ownership & Usage Rights

Final ownership rights and editable files are transferred only after full payment has been received.

The designer reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Communication

All official communication regarding the project should take place through approved communication channels such as email.

Response time is typically within 24 or 48 business hours.

Right to Decline

The designer reserves the right to decline projects or requests that are not aligned with the services values, or availability.
