Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

Due to the nature of custom digital services, all deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

If the client chooses to cancel the project after work has started, payment will still be required for the portion of work already completed.

If cancellation occurs during later project stages, no refund will be issued.

Projects inactive for more than 14 consecutive days due to lack of client communication may be paused, rescheduled, or closed.

Because branding work is custom-made for each client, refunds are not offered after final files or deliverables have been sent.
